Where is the democratic sense that we always proud for?

This is the first time I feel ashamed with my beloved UM Law Faculty when I first heard about what have happened in recent UM campus election. Pro-M won the election with a very slim majority, 21 seats for Pro-Mahasiswa (similar to Opposition Party in GE) and 20 seats for Pro-Aspirasi or also known as Pro-Establishment (ruling party in GE), and another 2 seats for independent candidates from Law Faculty.

Couchsurfing Project 沙發衝浪

One of the world's greatest project---- Couchsurfing project!

What is Couchsurfing? CouchSurfing is an international non-profit network that connects travelers with locals in over 230 countries and territories around the world. Since 2004, members have been using Couchsurfing system to come together for cultural exchange, friendship, and learning experiences.

CouchSurfing members share hospitality with one another. These exchanges are a uniquely rich form of cultural interaction. Hosts have the opportunity to meet people from all over the world without leaving home. "Surfers," or travelers, are able to participate in the local life of the places they visit.

In simple words, you can meet thousands of people who you might never meet in your life! Here are some of my surfers in the past few days:

Nikki surfed 3 days in my house, however, Hadas only surfed 2 days as she missed her flight.

Nikki在我家待了三天，Hadas因為錯過了飛機，遲來了一天，所以只在我家待了兩天。

WTF, is this the quality of a MACC prosecution head?

Quoted from Malaysiakini.com:

"Razak puts it to Pornthip that Teoh strangled himself. He says that the other four doctors had found no such evidence of strangulation.

Gobind stands up and asks Razak to demonstrate how one can strangle himself. Razak makes an attempt, to laughter from the gallery."

WTF, is this the quality of the head of prosecution department in MACC? This so-called "head" don't even knows that a human is in no way to strangle himself to death by using his own hands! It's common sense!

Besides asking such a silly question, he also demonstrated how one can strangle himself~ By the way, sincerely with due respect, I do really HOPE that he can successfully STRANGLED HIMSELF TO DEATH, so that he will stop embarrassing us by using his stupidity!

I copy some of his stupid questions here:

1. Razak pointed out that Pornthip is not qualified as a forensic expert in Malaysia as the university from which she graduated is not recognised in Malaysia. (There are so many top universities all over the world which are not recognised by Malaysia Government, don't exposes the stupidity of Malaysian Government pls, i'm really worry for you, that you exposed a big secret of your boss!)

2. Since he (the deceased) was unconscious, so his body would be heavier? (Was Razak read too many fictions? An unconscious or dead man will become heavier? WTH was he trying to tell us?!)

3. Razak puts it to Pornthip that her opinion is different from that of the other four doctors who were present during the second autopsy. Then he reminded Pornthip by saying that "we work on majority". (See, how stupid is he? He trying to tell us that the "truth" is not important at all, is "number" which decides! No wonder MACC ask so many "experts" who don't even know the simple forensic work to examine Teoh's body.)

4. Doctor, do you have the experience of jumping off from a building? (=.="" no comment!)

Last Day in Class

Theorectically, yesterday is the last day of my student's life. From yesterday and now on, no more classes, lectures and tutorials. 1 year in pre-school, 6 years in primary school, another 6 years in secondary school, and then 1 year in pre-university and finally, 4 years in university, 18 years of my study live, has come to an end.

Yesterday, in the last class of our four years life in University Malaya, no complicated lecture and notes, no strict and fierce lecturer, no busy-taking-notes-students and also no falling-sleep-students. The only thing in the last class is joys and funs.

We sang, we danced, we huged each other and we laughed together. This is our last class. Last class in our LLB student life. As Prof. Gurdial said, "life will go on, and anything from now on is real". Prof. Gurdial is always our "Quotations King", really can't agree more to his brilliant words. Real battling world is waiting us ahead. We can't afford to do mistake anymore, no more playing and fooling around, in front of everyone of us is not an easy path......

Happy? Proud? Sad? I really don't know. Sincerely say, I'm really not a "sentimental" person, in other words, don't know how to express my feeling, or rather say, shy to express myself. But, no matter what, just want to say, I will always remember you, my dear classmates!

DON'T FORGET ME!

We Are The Champion!!!!!!!!

After a long wait of 11 years, after numerous debaters had failed, finally, finally we clinched the champion again!

Just hours ago, in Dewan Tunku Canselor, in the final of 12th National Inter Varsity Debate Competition, UM beat UTAR with a big margin! We won!!!!!

Congrats to all my comrades and friends! Thank you!!!!!

Ramadhan Gathering with my KMJ best friends!

Last two weeks, my best friends in KMJ came to Mid Valley to have a Buka Puasa gathering!!

Although as a non-muslim, i need no to "puasa" in this Ramadan month, but i did "puasa" for this gathering purpose...It's really suffering when "puasa"......! Can't eat is a small matter, but can't drink is really make people tired!

All these are the good friends of mine in KMJ (until now). They all made up a most wonderful college life of mine in KMJ! There are really a plenty of good times when we all in that college.....sahur together, gathering every night, go shopping at weekend, hang up to "observe" pretty girl in the college, wow! too many good memorise (Haha, like an old man now, keep talking past)!

Some of them were graduated already and some of them are still studying in various college! I'm really glad that our friendship didn't lapsed after we'd finish our study in matriculation and have no meet each other for such a long time (we do contact each other via msn)!! Friedship forever!

Hedir and Afif. Afif is my roomate in KMJ (my best friend also), top student in MRSM and KMJ, if his english was better, i will not longer meet him in KMJ (haha, don't punch me Afif). Hedir, another good friends of mine in KMJ, he stayed opposite to my room, so always hang out in my room. At those time, my room was the base of our gang...full with food and stuff, haha!

7 of us. Some of our friends in KMJ couldn't make it on this gathering. Some of them are Dazwan (handsome wakil pelajar in KMJ, playboy~), Wei Bing, Laut, Chee Hui, Bobo and many others...because is in weekend, and it's a long holiday at that weekend because of Merdeka Day, most of them are not in KL....(in the photo, starts from left: Mape, Hamdi (sit), Abu (stand), Hedir, Afif, Me and Zaki. Not in the photo: Suh Wen)

After having our dinner (no time to take photo at that time!! Eat, eat, eat!!), we hanging around in mid-valley......

A really good gathering, the next would be at Afif Melacca house in this coming Raya~
